Helping a Partner Respond to a Proposal and Execute a Project |

SCENARIO: A government agency expressed interest in responding to a request for proposals (RFP) in the area of SCORM technology. The agency needed help in formulating a project, writing a compelling proposal and putting together a team to carry out the project should the proposal be funded.
SOLUTION: Eduworks offered several ideas and worked with the applicant to turn one into a proposal. Eduworks researched and wrote a large portions of the proposal. RESULT: The proposal was funded and Eduworks is working as part of the project team, providing a lead scientist and a lead technologist. In addition, Eduworks has forged connections between this project and other related projects to further leverage and increase the impact of the funds that were invested. |
