Tenereo  Tenereo is a powerful yet simple .NET desktop application that enables subject matter experts, instructional designers and content developers to easily and inexpensively repurpose, update, enhance and publish standards-based e-learning content. Tenereo is based on the principle that content, look and feel, structure, and learning strategy should all be separate specified separately and changed independently.
